Licensed Massage Therapist · Holt, MO
Growing up, sports were a huge part of my life. Whether it was competing, training, or just staying active, I was always pushing my body — and like most athletes, I dealt with the soreness, tightness, and occasional injuries that come with it.
Massage was one of the things that helped me recover and keep going. But more than just feeling better, I became genuinely fascinated by what was actually happening — why certain muscles tighten, how the body compensates for pain, and what it takes to restore real function and ease of movement.
That curiosity led me to pursue massage therapy professionally. I wanted to understand the human body deeply — not just the surface-level relaxation side of massage, but the mechanics of movement, the neuromuscular system, and how skilled hands-on work can create lasting change.
Today, I bring that same passion and curiosity to every session. Whether you're an athlete looking to recover faster, someone dealing with chronic pain, or simply someone who needs to decompress — I'm here to help your body feel and move the way it's meant to.
My Approach
01
The human body is designed to move — and when it can't, everything suffers. I approach every session with a deep curiosity about how the body works, where it's restricted, and what it needs to function at its best.
02
Pain is a signal, not a sentence. Rather than simply addressing where it hurts, I work to understand why — tracing tension patterns, postural habits, and movement compensations to find lasting solutions.
03
No two sessions are the same. I listen carefully to what you're experiencing and adapt my approach to meet you where you are — whether that's deep therapeutic work or a restorative, relaxing session.
Training & Credentials
My training spans a range of techniques — from foundational Swedish and deep tissue work to specialized modalities like Neuromuscular Therapy, Thai Massage, and Cupping. This breadth allows me to draw from the right tools for each individual client and situation.
